So Resi is a new brand in the shared ownership market from Thames Valley Housing. They aim to break down the barriers to homeownership by simplifying, streamlining and demystifying the process. With a series of development partnerships with Linden Homes, Berkeley Homes and Bovis Homes, they needed design and marketing support to differentiate their shared ownership offer.
Initially Latch was tasked with supporting the fledgeling brand by creating the standards for all So Resi development marketing brochures. We have gone on to design exhibition giveaways, on and offline property advertising and a brand promise book – the Little Book of Big Differences. Our partnership with So Resi continues with ongoing brochure design, property marketing and the design of hoardings and a marketing suite for their flagship development in west London.
